• To lead our growing high technology R&D design team located in East Kent, primarily focused on High Definition video conversion systems based around our proprietary CORIO® technology.
• Primarily responsible for the Project, Product and Personnel Management of the R&D Department.
• Customer liaison for OEM products and bespoke design.
• Quality Management to ISO9001:2008 standards
