TV One is a global AV hardware manufacturer well established within the broadcast and systems integration markets. We are looking for an individual who is self motivated to enhance our experienced design team. Reporting directly to the Head of R&D, you will be designing and maintaining control programs for video processing units.

Abilities:

• Educated to a good degree in a numerate subject
• Able to grasp concepts quickly & focussed on delivery
• Min. 5 years experience in product oriented software design
• Self-starter with good communication skills; strong team player

Skill Set:

• Knowledge of video and/or broadcast engineering fields.
• Multi-threading & Multi-tasking software design skills
• Very Strong C programming for embedded systems
• Knowledge & Experience of ARM processors (ARM7/9)
• Comfortable with software driven hardware debugging & at home with hardware
• Knowledge of TCP, UDP, DHCP, Multicast Internet Protocols

Beneficial:

• Knowledge of video and/or broadcast engineering fields.
• Good customer support skills, for dealing with product technical enquiries.
